Purchase includes both the original 8 kHz files and a non-interpolated upscaled 48 kHz version - they're larger, but will play back with proper crispiness in media players that would muddy the 8 kHz version.

Audio is free to use transformatively through sampling, as sound effects, etc., credit not required - just don't redistribute it as-is. (And if it's a major focus of the work, then credit would be greatly appreciated.)
